I’m honestly confused why Roman still has the belt.

I didn’t like that he retained it at last year’s Mania, and here we are a year later.

I’d have preferred Seth won the title, but yeah, outside that, no reason not to. And it doesn’t have to be clean. He can cheat to win.

But this finish especially sucks now that we know Seth doesn’t get Roman at Mania. This finish would have worked if Brock didn’t lose his belt and win the Rumble.
