Great show, loved every minute of it. I loved the Punk promo to close out the show and his last line to the camera, “I’m not here to make friends I’m here to make money.”

I loved the Orton promo to open the show as well.

The only thing I didn't care for was the first few matches of that tag turmoil, expected the whole thing to go an hour tbh but it was kinda dead even foe the parts I liked

That’s what I thought as well. He knows he’s going to come off as a hypocrite he’s well aware of that. He knows the promo he did was not authentic sounding, his last line to the camera at the end showed that. He played it off well, I can’t wait to see what comes next.

You can already see the handcuffs on CM Punk as he delivered that promo. We got a return promo from him in AEW. He will trash his former company, drop one-liners the IWC eats up, and says something very controversial to get people talking. That's him. That's who CM Punk is.

But we didn't get that last night. As a matter of fact, it felt like the "PG Punk" version of his return to AEW. A few lines are similar, just without the sauce.

Reports are that Orton/Dom ran long so Punk's promo was cut short. I'm sure punk was thrilled about that
