He always tries imo. Just because he doesn’t bust out those moves every time he wrestles doesn’t mean he’s not trying.

I mean no disrespect, but 2023 is the first year he has put on anything near a banger. And its not about the moves its about intensity making a match feel big, he generally just does what needs to be done but nothing more or nothing less in ring wise. With his performances lately, it gives me the impression he was mailing it in years prior

I always thought he had great matches tbh, needs the right opponent for it to be a classic but I was very surprised seeing the Miz sucks narrative which I'd never noticed until this year but apparently has always been a thing

Shoulda seen the huge rant Grim went on about him during this chat bc he was in a MITB qualifier tho it was legendary
