no they oddly have to be finished in the ring in almost every case, despite the name

Falls Count Anywhere basically a renamed hardcore match since they dropped the name and its the only one of the no dq variations to be able to have a finish anywhere....except Viking rules I guess

I know on games even extreme rules had to be finished in the ring but that also would track with old school ECW match rules
