So, regarding the commercials, I just signed up for Max (with commercials)today and watched last week's Dynamite and Collision and the commercials were part of the show. There was a 30 second commercial with a countdown to when the commercial ended prior to the start of the show, but after that they were part of the program and it ran exactly as long as it did on TV. I don't know if that will be the same with Raw, though, but it could be.

Mocking prime aside I like a good logo on the mat so if you just give me a logo that actually looks like a logo and not a drawing of a bottle I prefer it to a clean mat so this actually makes me happy
