it got the reaction because Becky said the magic words (John Cena). Anything Cena = pop. Smark is right it's a dated reference that Miz/Maryse did better literally 9 years ago. Since then Cena's gotten married, and Nikki was married had a kid and is now separated with a domestic abuse issue.
