Going to try and keep up with NXT a bit more if I can. I liked what I saw from some of the newer talent.

I only caught the men's War Games match from this show. The first portion of the match really didn't have much I was interested in, other than oddly enough the LA Knight house of fire run which I thought was great. I definitely thought all the Trick Williams stuff was really unnecessary, and it makes no sense that it took Lumis so long to appear to run Trick off, if he was under the ring the whole time as it was suggested. But, once everyone was in the ring I thought the match really took off and never slowed down. I don't know if this was a shorter War Games match than the men's matches have historically been, but it certainly felt like it went by a lot quicker with no lulls in the action. Plenty of really awesome and brutal spots. Some were a bit more played out but some were fresh as well. And I have to say I really feel like not having The Undisputed Era in this thing for once gave it a much fresher feel compared to recent years.

All things considered I think it was a really good main event and of course, Baby Steiner pinning Ciampa was a great way to close it out.

I thought it was a pretty solid show. That men’s WarGames match was really entertaining and fun.

Gacy's new theme song is awesome, sounds like a Nirvana track.

Gargano’s gear was pretty next level last night once you take and look and see it was a mash up of all his other takeover gear. I’m way more sad about his impending leave then I thought I would be. I enjoyed DIY and always thought he was a great babyface but man this heel run with the Way made me a much bigger Gargano fan and I just hope wherever he goes treats him well.

As for KoR there’s a clear path already for him at AEW….half of UE is already there and a Elite vs UE feud would be great…the Von Wagoner turn while predictable was also very forced and made really no sense…it’s like every 2.0 person is a heel right now…

Not sure when Roddy, Dunne, or Ciampa’s contracts are up but it will be interesting to see what they do

LA Knight is primed to come up to the main roster any time now…
