NXT Champion Oba Femi vs. Trick Williams vs. Je’Von Evans​

Oba Femi will defend the NXT Championship in his greatest test yet as he will battle Trick Williams and Je’Von Evans in a Triple Threat Match at Stand & Deliver.

The Ruler has dominated NXT to an unprecedented level, already claiming the North American Title and NXT Championship in his young career and holding wins over the likes of Dragon Lee, Wes Lee, Williams, and even TNA’s Moose.

Williams’ loss to Femi came in a Triple Threat Match in which the champion wasn’t pinned. He has been on a mission to get his title back, not caring who is in his way.

The Young OG fell victim to an errant Trick Shot and became motivated after some harsh words from Williams backstage.

NXT General Manager Ava has made the bout, and all three Superstars will clash in a Triple Threat Match for NXT’s biggest prize.

NXT Women's Champion Stephanie Vaquer vs. Giulia vs. Jordynne Grace vs. Jaida Parker​

Stephanie Vaquer will defend the NXT Women's Championship in a Fatal 4-Way Match against former Women's Champion Giulia, Jordynne Grace and Jaida Parker.

La Primera made history at Roadblock by winning the NXT Women's Title from The Beautiful Madness, making her the first woman to become a Double Champion with NXT Titles.

Vaquer vacated the Women's North American Title, and Grace and Parker lined up to face her, but their match on April 8 didn't produce a winner. Giulia shockingly returned shortly after and dropped the champion.

Ever the fighting champion, Vaquer agreed to defend her title in an epic Fatal 4-Way Match in Las Vegas on NXT's grandest stage.​

“We have a lot of multi person matches at Stand and Deliver. And look, a lot of people don’t like that. But these young men and women work throughout the entire year. Not all of them get an opportunity to be on PLEs, to be on those road shows, to be on those televisions that are on the road that we’ve been doing so much more of lately. We want to give as many people as we can an opportunity to perform on the biggest weekend. That’s the reason people get into this line of work to have that experience, to have those moments. And we’re hoping to have a lot of standouts at Stand and Deliver…I think it’s something that we definitely keep an eye on and any time there’s a performance or somebody that goes above and beyond whether its in a match or throughout the entire year, we try to take care of them as much as possible.”

NXT North American Champion Ricky Saints vs. Ethan Page​

Ricky Saints will defend the NXT North American Championship for the first time in his career against the deranged Ethan Page.

Since arriving in NXT, Saints has drawn the ire of Page, and the two have engaged in multiple standoffs, including after Saints won the North American Title from Shawn Spears.

All Ego won a Fatal 4-Way Match on the April 15 episode of NXT to become the No. 1 Contender, setting the stage for an epic championship matchup at Stand & Deliver.

NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom vs. Hank Walker & Tank Ledger​

Nathan Frazer and Axiom will defend the NXT Tag Team Title against the hungry team of Hank Walker and Tank Ledger.

Fraxiom have dominated the NXT landscape using their incredible speed and athleticism to electrify the NXT Universe every time they step into the ring.

Hank and Tank struggled to begin 2025 and did a lot of soul searching before winning a thrilling Gauntlet Match on the April 15 NXT to become the No. 1 Contender.

The D’Angelo Family vs. DarkState – Six-Man Tag Team Match​

The D'Angelo Family will battle the dangerous new group DarkState on NXT's biggest stage as Tony D’Angelo, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino take on three of Saquon Shugars, Dion Lennox, Shiloh Hill and Cutler James.

The Don has been searching for a way to get his hands on DarkState, but Stacks has accidentally undermined him on several occasions, allowing DarkState to thwart their plans and come out on top.

Can D'Angelo, Stacks and Crusifino finally overcome DarkState, or will the black cloud stay over NXT?

The Stand & Deliver Countdown Show will host a massive No. 1 Contender Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match between some of NXT’s best.

The Meta Girls, Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade, Fatal Influence, and Tatum Paxley and Gigi Dolin will compete in the match and take on the team that emerges from WrestleMania 41 as WWE Women's Tag Team Champions: Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez or Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.

Oba retains and I truly don’t think Trick is main roster ready but he’s done everything he can in NXT.

I don’t even need a long reign from them but I think it would be kind of fun and they’re pretty over. I would not be mad though if Fraxiom retain, which seems likely even though it seems like more seeds are being planted for their eventual split.

I think it's happening and Nathan will get pissed and turn on Axiom. They planted the seeds for it those last two weeks.

One more match is one thing, but to have it be a tag team gauntlet match on the preshow? She deserves better.
