Tuesday night's episode of WWE NXT
averaged 581,000 viewers on the USA Network, down 5.5 percent from last week. It's the lowest audience total for the show since May 23.
In the 18-49 demo, NXT finished eighth on the cable charts with a 0.16 rating. That's down 5.9 percent from last week and ties the lowest rating NXT has drawn since May 16.
NXT aired head-to-head with game five of the NHL's Stanley Cup Finals, which topped the cable charts with nearly 2.5 million viewers overall and a 0.79 rating in 18-49. The Las Vegas Golden Knights defeated the Florida Panthers in the game to win the Stanley Cup.
The main reason for NXT's overall decline was a big drop with women in the 18-49 demo. NXT was down 23.1 percent from last week in that category. That was somewhat offset by a 14.3 percent increase with females 12-34. Real Housewives and Love and Hip Hop took the third and fourth spots on the chart and both do very strong ratings with women 18-49.
As compared to the same week in 2022, NXT's overall audience was down 5.1 percent but its 18-49 rating was up 33.3 percent. There was no NHL game head-to-head last year.
Listed below are the last 11 weeks of overall viewership and individual demo ratings for NXT. This week's show was down 0.3 percent in overall viewers and down 6.3 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.
