Williams and Hendry have locked horns multiple times in recent weeks, prompting NXT General Manager Ava to call TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella and make the match official.

In a clash of former friends turned enemies, will Hendry remain TNA World Champion, or will Williams make history and become the first WWE Superstar to win the TNA World Title?

Tony D'Angelo vs. Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo​

The Don will take on The Underboss in one of the most personal grudge matches in NXT history.

Tony D'Angelo and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo have been closer than brothers during their lives, and their relationship has only grown since they joined NXT. However, those days are in the past.

Stacks betrayed Tony D, Luca Crusifino and Adriana Rizzo at Stand & Deliver, allowing DarkState to beat The Don down and send their group into a spiral.

With Crusifino missing and Rizzo in hiding at D'Angelo's request, The Don and The Underboss will go one-on-one at Battleground in hopes to settle their score once and for all.

Since forming his new group, Shawn Spears has been determined to mold NXT in his image, and with a devoted Brooks Jensen, Niko Vance and Izzi Dame committed to his cause, it is becoming increasingly likely to happen.

Standing in their way are NXT Tag Team Champions Hank & Tank as well as Jensen's old tag team partner, Briggs.

The NXT Women's North American Championship will be on the line when Sol Ruca defends her title against Kelani Jordan.

The inaugural Women's North American Champion, Jordan is determined to win back the title after earning the opportunity by defeating Zaria on May 20.

Ruca won the title in a Ladder Match at Stand & Deliver, but she now faces her greatest challenge.
