Tuesday's episode of WWE NXT
averaged 660,000 viewers on the USA Network, down 4.1 percent from last week. It's the lowest audience total for the show since August 9.
In the 18-49 demo, NXT finished 14th on the cable charts with a 0.16 rating. That's up 6.7 percent from last week and ties NXT's best rating in that category since August 16.
The Weather Channel topped the cable charts on Tuesday due to coverage of Hurricane Ian. NXT's biggest demo, people over 50, was affected by the hurricane coverage as there was a 15 percent decline in that category. That was the main reason for NXT's overall viewership drop. Most of NXT's other demos were up. The biggest increase came with males 12-34, which rose 62.5 percent from last week to a 0.13 rating.
As compared with the same week in 2021, NXT viewership was up 0.8 percent while its 18-49 rating was up 14.3 percent.
After airing taped episodes for two straight weeks, NXT will be back to airing live next Tuesday.
Listed below are the last 11 weeks of overall viewership and individual demo ratings for NXT, along with the 10-week averages in all categories. This week's show was essentially even with the recent averages in total viewers but up 6.7 percent in 18-49.
NXT averaged 666,000 viewers on Tuesday night.
