I mean they're def not perfectly accurate lol Meltzer was saying everything is switching switching some other system that is supposed to account for streaming better next year as far as advertisers are concerned. That should make everything go up a bit in viewership and stuff that younger people are more likely to watch might get a bigger boost since they're more likely to have streaming TV I'd guess

and yeah if im commenting on the numbers im certainly not commenting on the quality of the show nor am I disparaging others to watch and enjoy it. i also like numbers

and its pretty interesting as id have imagined a loss in core audience but a rise in younger viewers with the types of changes they made (they certainly dont appeal to me, whos i guess down the middle?) but it seems they are losing people in the female demo and youth so that's really not what I was expecting at all.

I...don't understand why the old people seem to be sticking around during the changes either? Do they dislike changing the channel more than they dislike product change maybe the old school WWF vibes with the gimmickiness is nostalgic idk

My guess? They're probably casual as shit and just want to watch some wrestling. They aren't all over the internet getting caught up in the negativity of the brand before it even got going. They likely don't give a shit about the logo change or the overall change of the look of the show or if HHH is running the show or he's just a puppet being used by Vince to mold the guys he's want.

I honestly don’t know the answer to that. I’m not saying I have the answers I just know that I always have felt that ratings are a joke.
