this is the problem with these "supernatural" characters, it makes it so difficult to book them correctly

No if I shit on every single possible thing, that be a hater. But thinking an ending was dumb isn’t. The rest of the match was fine amazing stuff, same with the show. But that ending SUCKED

So how would you book the ending

as a fiend fan, i agree. taker was easier because he can be taken seriously as a normal wrestler beyond his supernatural stuff. when you're based around an evil alter ego it just makes it hard to be like "yeah, sure i accept that"

Yeah, I won't lie, I liked the match a lot up until the end. Roman denying the table and putting on the mask were both good bits. I just don't see how the turnbuckle breaking, causing Finn to fall suddenly snaps him out of this OP mode. It just felt really hokey to me.

Honestly you're thinking too hard about it. Hypothetically, you could say it's cause it's something that you never would expect to happen so it was the shock of it, not the pain.
