Have any of you been to any live events? TV tapings, PPVs, house shows whatever. Have any fun stories or great memories?

I haven't been yet, but I'd like to go to a TNA event. I hear those are great. Haven't read a bad report about them yet. I hear they really cater to the fans. WWE wise, I only like Kingston, Punk, Christian, Jericho, Orton, Rhodes, and Miz. If they were all on the same show, I'd go to that even. SD has MacIntyre who I can't stand, Swagger becoming a poor mans Kurt Angle, and Mysterio who I don't like either, so I wouldn't go to a SD one. Raw has Cena and Nexus doing the same beat downs every week, so that's enough for me to not go to one of them.

I have been to one TNA live event, it was really fun. But imo a WWE live event blows a TNA one out of the water in terms of atmosphere.

TNA live events are about as long as a WWE one (the one I went to atleast) except the intermission is a few minutes longer, which isn't really a bad thing... In a packed arena 15-20 minutes just isn't enough to get a chance to use the bathroom AND walk around and stretch your legs. I also got to meet Team 3D and JB afterwords, pretty cool guys.

Countless number of shows........WWE shows (RAW, Smackdown, ECW and whatever else if you want to count Heat or Velocity), ROH events and tons and tons of indy shows.

I've met tons of guys along the way, although never seeking them out. When I first started doing indy shows a show half way through got cancelled due to a fire beneath the venue. All the wrestlers and fans were standing outstand kinda just hanging out and I got to meet and speak at length with Justin Credible. This was 2002 or so and the guy was a total riot, he ended up giving me his shirt when we parted ways.

I was in Montreal for the Survivor Series as well as in Ottawa the next night for the Raw following the screwjob. My only real memory of that Raw though was I am pretty sure that HBK faced Ken Shamrock in the ME. I think.

I went to a Smackdown and ECW live event in Upper Marlboro Md in 2008, I think. The ME was Edge vs Batista. I also saw Kofi Kingston before he debuted on ECW. He wrestled Elijah Burke and won.

Raw House Show in the summer of 2007. Most of the card wasn't that good because a lot of top stars weren't there. Main event was John Cena vs. Randy Orton. I also saw Umaga wrestle Val Venis. Umaga was supposed to wrestle Lashley. But...

Been to 4 Ring of Honor events including Motor City Madness 2007 and Tag Wars 2008. Attended several WWF house shows, and have attended both Wrestlemania III and Wrestlemania 23.

There's going to be some TNA's stars in Baltimore on Aug 7. Just saw it on their site. Not sure if you watch TNA or not but just giving a heads up. I'll be going to that. It'll be my 1st time going to anything like that.

Kurt Angle is enough for me to go. I wish it were more though. Dinero, Anderson, Matt Morgan, Wolfe, Beer Money, The Guns, AJ Styles, Kaz, some of those guys would have been nice.
