The PSD cuts are pretty bad and the b/g is really plain.

its more of an outline that u see then the psd cuts. its supposed to be a little scratchy. i kept the background simple. if i didnt the sig would have looked terrible.

its allright the outlines could be smoother but,the paintbrushes turn into squares when you make them small so maybe thats why they came out rought,ill give it a 8/10
