Although Wayne isn't a great rapper, producer, or musician, he's sort of funny I guess. For some reason hes always relevant and I dont know why. I first heard him when I heard his single "Lolipop" years back. Never really took him seriously. I really wish he didnt do the vocal/autotune sound. I can agree theres a few songs where his rapping is okay. Other than that, hes sort of horrible.
