To be honest I think I'm to blame for that XDOther than the fact that Niles is a self described Jungian but openly disdains much of Jung's theories, Frasier actually does a better job than MOST TV shows at representing psychology.
I'm one of the very few people out there who follow Erick Erickson more than any other psychologist. BUT I believe that our subsconcious reasons for doing things or not doing things are important. People like Dr. Phil or Dr. Laura discount the past in turn for psychological training, but I've always felt that the reasons we do things need to be resolved in order for us to heal
