This week’s exciting Road Rage edition of Ring of Honor Television comes to you from suburban Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The show begins with former ROH World Champion “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin facing Caprice Coleman. Elgin is on fire right now. He is focused on getting to his Best in The World ’15 #1 contenders match with Roderick Strong and Moose. Can the rowdy preacher catch Elgin sleeping at the wheel or will Elgin add Coleman to the list of his victims this year?
Our main event features ROH World Television Champion Jay Lethal defending against Kyle O’Reilly! O’Reilly is without a doubt one of the best tag team wrestlers in ROH history, but his individual skills cannot be questioned. O’Reilly is receiving this opportunity based on recently tapping out Lethal during the Champions Challenge match up in Milwaukee. O’Reilly has blazed a trail as one half arguably the best tag team in the world, reDRagon. Already a 3 time former World Tag Team Champion, is it possible that he can be the one to defeat Lethal to win his first singles championship? Lethal is not just the greatest ROH Television Champion of all time, he is easily one of the best professional wrestlers in the world today. He has turned back all challenges thrown at him during his historic reign and has done so in impressive fashion. Is O’Reilly the one? Can he catch Lethal off guard long enough to win his first major singles championship? Truth Martini will assuredly have a game plan for his champion.
