Why can't people realize Punk wants to move on with his life and he's done with WWE?... He's gave no indication of a return, it's just wishful thinking..

It's very unlikely WWE will accept him back anyways.

The chances of Punk returning is little to none.

They've accepted others back for doing far worse to them than what he's done before.

Yes it takes year's and year's for WWE to forgive people... He just walked out this year.. He won't be back any time soon.

Never say never, but it's probably going to be a long time before we see him in a wrestling ring again, if we ever do again.

That's an ill assumption, especially considering Austin returned only eight months after he walked out on 'em in 2002. If we never see Punk in a WWE ring ever again, it'll be because he doesn't want to be there, not because Vince doesn't want him back. You really think if Punk called Vince up today and told him he wanted back in that McMahon would just brush him off? Anyone who is good for business is always welcome back into his good graces.

None of these guys had personal beef with H. They all crossed Vince. Vince would do anything for the business. He'd put aside any personal differences if it was good for the company. He'd let Jericho call Stephanie a whore, as long as it would get a pop.

H is different. He's smarter than the fans. He doesn't want to have to please the fans. He wants the fans to like what he likes. He wants to convince the fans that his way is better, and if he can't, rub their nose in the fact that they don't get what they want.

Punk quit because he didn't think a Mania match against HHH was worth his time and effort. He wanted the title or the streak, and he wanted to go last. HHH as a consolation prize wasn't good enough, so he quit.

HHH thinks he's the best there ever was and never thought Punk was worth a shit anyway. Then Punk scoffed at getting a match against HHH at Mania. He won't be back if H has anything to say about it.

HHH -"Yeah, but Vince... Is this really a precedent that you want to set? Punk doesn't get his way, so he walks out on his contract,,, walks out on the business, then gets to just come back when ever he wants? That's a bad move Vince. It's a mistake. Is this what we want talent thinking? They can just walk out and come back whenever they want? I mean it's your call, but this thing can really blow up in our faces."

"Let's let him hang for a while. Let's tell him 'No.', and show all the boys in the back that talent doesn't call the shots here."

I'm pretty sure Vince loves Punk. He'll welcome him back, like Scott Stapp would say 'with arms wide opahn'

Bret Hart hates Triple H. Its my understanding Triple H suggested the Montreal Screwjob in the first place.
Bret Hart, being the smug b*start he is takes subtle shits at Triple H's ring work whenever possible.

I'm not going to read the second page. Hell, I didn't read the bottom half of the first page. Too many hipsters not responding to the question, just parroting the CM Punk hatred, which is so shockingly edgy as to make me yawn.

As to the response to the OP, I heard JR talk about this on his podcast and, if they let JR (or Paul Heyman or Zeb Coulter or pretty much anybody with any sense of storyline and not putting their own egos before a good story), I'd be 100% for it.

The whole concept of Lesnar conquering everything had to be for him to drop the title to the new "Next Big Thing". I would assume that would be Roman Reigns, which is certainly the way things were trending before the "Hernia Surgery Heard 'Round the World". The only problem is that it was going to be a stretch that Reigns would be ready to carry the company by Mania 31 as it was and I have to wonder if this long layoff he's going to have to go through (hernia surgery, especially when it becomes emergency hernia surgery is nothing to sneeze at, particularly when your job is as physically demanding as a professional wrestler's....or really any professional athlete).

The other big rumor is that Lesnar's contract ends at Mania 31 and there is no real interest in (or there has been no successful negotiations toward) extending his contract beyond that. As JR rightly pointed out, this doesn't mean that this can't change. Tomorrow, Lesnar could sign a contract extension for another three years past 31.

My take:
1) Best Case Scenario - Reigns comes back at the Rumble and is ready to be the Face of the Company. He wins the Rumble, faces Lesnar at Mania and wins the Title.
2) Second Best Case Scenario - Reigns either can't come back by the Rumble at 100% or he hasn't developed the personality to do the job. Punk is convinced to come back and returns at the Rumble, which he wins (nice turnaround from the 2013 Rumble....Fuck the haters). He cuts a series of promos which mark him as a heel mercenary who has been brought in because nobody can stop Lesnar and the closest anybody has come since his winning streak started was his Summerslam match against Lesnar. This sets up a heel vs. less-bad-heel for the Title at Mania, which Punk wins. Punk starts a heel title run, really setting himself up as a mega-heel the next night on Raw and starting a program to set up a match against Reigns (who would have a longer time for healing/development) at Summerslam.
3) Another Scenario - Rollins cashes in on an out-of-it Lesnar after he gets attacked by multiple guys at the Rumble and Rollins becomes WWE Champion. Lesnar becomes an anti-Authority face who recaptures his title by Wrestlemania (he has also signed a contract extension in this scenario). Lesnar goes on to become the Face of the Company Paul Heyman always knew he could be.

There are obviously many other possible scenarios. These are just a few.
