I think the cell they use nowadays is too big for people to climb it.

I doubt they'd have two hell in a cell matches in the same year, with Triple H in both. Or at least they shouldn't.
I've always thought HIAC matches were overhyped. They hype them up as if the cell itself is gonna cause extra pain or something, but really it's just a normal hardcore match, just inside a big cell, which means you can't freely fight all around the arena. It's not like the cell has barbed wire or will electrocute if you touch it or something. The most dangerous thing that can happen as a direct result of the cell itself is being thrown off the top of it, but the irony there is that the point of the cell is that you're not supposed to be able to escape from inside of it in the first place!
