Since I included the results date on the card (mistakenly confusing you!) if you can get your entry in by May 12 at 9 P.M. (central time), we'll go ahead with the battle, but that's about as long as I can delay b/c we need a full day of voting, and I want to close this by Monday afternoon to keep the ball moving.
