Publicizing this is crazy, but Dolph Ziggler isn't to blame. The actual reason for the heart attack even happening was him getting into the ring - I'm pretty sure everyone is asking the same question, why does he need to get into the ring? You're a commentator and not a young superstar that you may have once been. Jerry Lawler is very lucky to still be alive, but publicizing this isn't doing anything good for himself, Dolph or the company, so why should it be put out there? Damn.
