Dustin Rhodes vs. Davey Boy Smith. Smith keeps Rhodes down with a nerve hold. Rhodes with a well-placed dropkick. Rhodes wears him down with a front facelock. Rhodes ducks for a bodydrop attempt, and Smith counters with a sunset flip. Solid, though predictable, action. Rhodes scoop slams Smith and follows it up with a not-so-well-done elbow. Davey Boy defeats him with a superplex.

(c) Sanada vs. EVIL for the IWGP World title in a Lumberjack match. Destruction in Ryogoku. EVIL begins with a side headlock. Sanada goes for a drop-down. EVIL stomps on lower back. Sanada tries a standing moonsault, but EVIL moves out of the way. EVIL has his former partner scouted.

EVIL crashes against an exposed turnbuckle. Sanada takes advantage with a back suplex. He picks EVIL up for a Fireman's Carry. A desperate EVIL rakes him in the eyes. Sanada clamps on a Skull End. The bell has rung, but it was House of Torture members who rang it to make Sanada think he's won. Sanada with successive springboard moonsaults. Ref Marty Asami tries to make the count but House of Torture pulls Asami out of the ring before he could count to three. EVIL with a chair shot on a defenseless Sanada. Red Shoes Uno refuses to make the count. Sanada defeats EVIL with a Deadfall.

It should've been over when Sanada hit the springboard moonsault. Instead, the match went on longer than it should've gone. Also, there was way too much interference from the House of Torture.

Last two matches, both from The Ultimate Warrior: Ultimate Collection DVD, The Ultimate Warrior vs Andre the Giant for the I-C Championship first at Madison Square Garden and then at Saturday Night's Main Event. Both subpar matches, the MSG matches lasts less than 30 seconds as Warrior hits a few clotheslines then a splash for the win and the SNME ends with Warrior getting a DQ win after Heenan interferes, but the both matches hold historical significance as the Garden match was the first time Andre had been pinned since WrestleMania III and the only time he was ever pinned at the Garden. The Main Event match would be Andre's last televised singles match of his entire career.

Joey Janela vs Jacob Fatu from GCW Si or No?
-That was an overbooked complete bullshit mess. It took 3 people to beat Fatu.

Tomoaki Honma vs. John Zandig. Honma DDT's Zandig right on a title belt. Zandig's bleeding early. Zandig with a gorilla-press. Zandig connects with an axe handle .Zandig dropkicks Honma on a barbed-wire table. Zandig buckle-bombs him through a glass windshield. As Zandig is taunting him, Honma gets up and stuns him with a dropkick and successive forearm shots. Zandig picks him up for another Gorilla-press, but Honma breaks free. Zandig tries a clothesline but Honma lifts his arm up to block the shot.

As Zandig is setting up the plexiglass, Honma is playing possum. Zandig picks him up for a superplex but Honma sunset bombs him through the plexiglass! At this point, Zandig is just a sitting duck. Honma beats him with a spinning, forearm shot.

No feeling out process. It was a hardcore match through and through.

The Hart Foundation vs. Davey Boy Smith & Billy Jack Haynes. The Hart Foundation spent much of the time double-teaming Smith, using illegal tactics with the approval of corrupt referee Danny Davis. In a comical moment, Bret falls down, pretending he was hit by an illegal blow from Haynes. Davis admonishes Haynes, who never touched Bret. Smith gets the upper-hand with a sunset flip on Neidhart, but Davis makes a slow count. Davis grabs Haynes so Hart can hit him. Predictably, Haynes ducks and Hart accidentally punches out Davis. Haynes with a Full Nelson submission on Hart. A second ref calls for the bell.

I'm going through the Ruthless Aggression era and I'm in the middle of a Raw episode

So I just saw the finish of Christian & Jericho versus Booker & Goldust for the World Tag Team Championships

But later tonight, Scott Steiner and Triple H come face-to-face... and "Good Ol" JR is fretting about his tag team match with Jerry Lawler later this evening in Oklahoma.

was this the tag match where Booker hit a double scissors kick on both Christian & Jericho? if not, i need to find that, it was such a clean finish.

(c) Will Ospreay vs. Zack Sabre Jr. for the IWGP UK title. Royal Quest 3. Sabre with a side headlock takedown. Ospreay tries to drape his leg over Sabre for a head scissors. Sabre counters with a step-over toehold, then a single-leg grapevine. Sabre wraps both of Ospreay's arms across the top rope then does a Namaste taunt. Ospreay attempts a surfboard, but Sabre turns over and pins him. Sabre is out-wrestling Ospreay in the early minutes.

Sabre tries a snapmare, but Ospreay flips, lands on his feet and connects with a dropkick. Ospreay attempts a springboard Enziguiri. Sabre counters with a leg-lock, then a single-leg Boston Crab. Ospreay tries a reverse knife-edge, Sabre grabs his wrist and counters with a European Uppercut to his underarm. Sabre has Ospreay's moves scouted. Ospreay perches the top turnbuckle and performs a Sky twister press on a dazed Sabre, who's out of the ring. Ospreay has him in a precarious position on the edge of the ring apron, but spent way too much time signalling for the Os-Cutter.

Sabre locks in a triangle armbar and reins elbows on Ospreay. Ospreay with a super Os-Cutter. Sabre tries another triangle but Ospreay picks him up and slams him. He finishes off Sabre with a Storm Breaker.

The Steiners vs. Shinya Hashimoto & Masa Chono. Scott takes Hashimoto down with a belly-to-back. Scott with a belly-to-belly on Chono. Scott Irish whips Hashimito. Hashimoto reverse the irish whip and nails a running Scott with a superkick. Chono and Hashimoto take turns on Rick. Hashimoto with rapid successive short kicks to Rick's leg. Chono with a textbook neckbreaker. Hashimoto with a flying elbow.

Scott hard scoop slams Hashimoto. Scott tries to pump-handle slam Chono. Chono wisely keeps his feet planted on the canvas, pivots around Scott, and counters with a Cobra Twist. Scott eventually gets his pump handle, though. Hashimoto does Scott's own signature move, the belly-to-belly, on him. Rick is riled up! Scott lifts Hashimoto up over his shoulders. Rick finishes him off with a Steinerizer (flying Bulldog).

For a fat man, Hashimoto was quick with those thrust kicks. A sign of sportsmanship by Scott when he stood over a fallen Hashimoto to see if he was okay after the match was over.

The Steiners vs. Road Warrior Hawk & Kensuke Sasaki. Scott with a single-leg takedown on Hawk, but he quickly gets to the ropes. Scott takes Hawk down with a go-behind. Hawk gorilla presses Scott out of the ring. Scott with a Tiger driver on Hawk.

Sasaki attempts an axe-handle off the second turnbuckle, but Rick catches him and counters with an overhead, belly-to-belly. Hawk with a well done shoulder-breaker on Scott. Scott pump-handle slams Sasaki. Scott with an overhead, belly-to-belly superplex on Sasaki. Hawk is riled up. Scott adds to the fire by performing a springboard, Doomsday Device on Sasaki. Hawk delivers a flying clothesline on Scott. Ref calls for the bell. It's a time limit draw.

Even basic moves like a clothesline and a powerslam was done stiffly. It was a letdown the match ended inconclusively, though.
