So the new season started last night, so what a better time than now to start a thread about it.

I personally love this show, it's rather funny, and isn't really all that one sided with a lot of it's stuff like some shows are. Probably one of my top 5 favorite shows on the air right now.

I love a lot of the little jokes and references the show has made to people's other work over the years. Surely a lot of the ones with Tim Allen and his past work.

I enjoyed both episodes they had on last night. I won't say much in case people haven't seen it yet but one thing I liked I'll add to a spoiler tag.

I loved the start of the show, when Terry Bradshaw was looking for TNF. Because for those who don't know, that was the channel and time it came on, and him being sad to find out it's not on anymore for the season was quite funny.

I love how Tim Allen shoves his republican status in everyone's face but you do got some democratic fodder for whoever likes that. It usually gets ripped apart in his little web series he does for Outdoor shop. It is very well written for a regular sitcom and has a lot more thought put into it than a lot of shows like this.

It's a fun time but I haven't seen any of the newer seasons. I will catch up on god damn day.

I personally like the both side thing. Like you know me, I lean left..not to far left tho lol. So a lot of the jokes ripping on the ones really far left make me laugh. But I also like how they at least give both sides a voice. We need more of that. Too many shows trying to dived this country is a bad thing.

And it's funny because it was originally cancelled because far-leftists thought it was too much of a Republican show. One of his daughters is clearly the total opposite of him.

Deezy, discussin' this show without bringin' up politics is almost impossible. Go watch your Baywatch tapes where you only recorded Hasslehoff scenes.

Yeah, I was a little ticked when that happened. Made no sense cause as you said one of his daughters clearly is the total opposite of him. Not many shows out here make both sides get a fair point across.
