Yeah, there should be several options when you restore it to factory settings. You can pick and choose as you wish.
So if I were to restore it, I need a flash drive to save all my junk. I never did this so how big of a flash drive would I need ? And how do I go about doing this? lol

She doens't need a format cd, her laptop comes pre-loaded with system recovery, no CD required. ity:However much shit you have. Move everything you wanna keep to one folder and see the size of it. Then buy accordingly.
Cut and paste the folder onto the drive then format. Insert the format cd into the laptop and power off.
Turn laptop on and spam F8 or whichever key it is on your laptop for boot options. Could be F2/8/10/12 and boot from format cd. Then follow onscreen instructions.

Well formatting isn't the easiest way. Just do the steps I said in the post and post results.So do I run the backup drives thing to CD or? I am still lost in the mits of ALL OF YOUR ARGUING! :angry:

I actually uninstalled internet explorer 10 and it seems to be running slightly better.
