Kurt Angle takes a shot at CM Punk

"CM Punk had classic promo last night. Good for Him. But if U ever say another word about Me again, Ur toast! If U don't believe Me, try Me!"

What is up Angle's ass right now? First he bitched about Orton using the Angle Slam, then he goes on to bitch about a few other things and now he's pissed off about Angle. CM Punk is going to laugh so hard if he saw this.

I think Angle was pissed off when CM Punk said he was 'The Best Wrestler in The World'. It's some Angle has been using for quite some time and it's why Chris Jericho had to change his catchphrase to 'I'm the best at what I do'.

Would be the most likely cause of Angle's latest Twitter outburst. Wouldn't surprise me if he did take unbrage to somebody else calling himself the best wrestler in the world. Since Angle keeps trumping that card.

Most likely trying to strike while the iron is hot and get his name out there off Punks heat.

Well I'm assuming like you it's about being the best in the world. But it's funny, when he said it, the first person that immediately came to my mind was Jericho, not Angle.

Not sure why Angle has any beef with this. Maybe it's cuz Punk completely ignored TNA in his listing off of other promotions so Kurt tries to steal the spotlight?

Angle clarified those comments today on his Facebook. He wrote:

“To all the fans who MISUNDERSTOOD my old tweets toward CM PUNK. He mentioned me on twitter a while back. It didnt cross my mind until i heard he did a good promo and I just wanted to be the bigger man and tell him he did a good job and for now on if he has something to say, call me up like a man instead of tweeting his personal feeling towards me. So I am sorry to my loyal fans who misunderstood what I ment. – K”

I'll be damned, what I said as a joke turned out to be his real reason for lashing out.

Kurt will never be the bigger man, he just wants the attention because the spotlight is on CM Punk. Nobody cares about Angle trying out for Olympics etc etc.

The guy is and always has been of his rocker for a long time. It's only now that he has this new outlet called Twitter and doesn't have the WWE to keep him leashed is why people are only finding this out now.

He is coming to my local wrestling store in August, I hope they have security with him. He isn't worth seeing 50 bucks for so that just shows much of a non Kurt Angle fan I am. He was awesome in WWE but anyone that goes to TNA just pisses me off. Other than RVD and Sting, can't really say I like anyone in that company..
