Most wrestler interviews are almost always positive ("oh our promotion is great, we're doing some really good things") even when the angles and the action sucks camel dicks.

Add to that dillusional opinions on ratings etc. and that's been the textbook Angle interview since he joined TNA! LOL

As for the main peice... Fair play - he makes total sense. I have at least 1 less doubt about his sanity now!

I love his comments about the gimmick matches. If there are too many rules and stipulations it can get confusing. If the fans are confused, why would they care about the match.

A match like King of the Mountain shouldn't need any stipulations to get over.

I have to agree with Mike and TG, I really do think Kurt has a hidden agenda. What he says is most definitely the truth, but why is it only recently he has changed his tune, while on almost every other interview he did since he joined TNA he buried the WWE and blindly praised the Tee En Ay?

He pulled his straps down, and we all know what happens after that!

I hate run-ins too... Unless they somehow deprive Jeff Hardy of a victory! LOL

He is 100% correct on his comments on gimmick matches and TNA calling itself 101 Wrestling... I hope this has some impact on the creative department.

Please don't mis read what I'm saying. I'm not saying Angle wants to leave TNA, thats what many in the industry are saying. I do think that he is trying to mend bridges though with the WWE so that it could be an option should he choose to leave TNA or they decide to part ways with him. However I personally believe I think it will take more then this recent praising of McMahon & the WWE to mend that bridge.

Reading in another UK paper this morning (Sorry, no cut n paste as couldn't find it on line), but Angle says quite catagorically that "when [his] contract is up [he's] definitely going to do some MMA"...

Said, it before, but if he steps into that environment he may as well kiss his pro-wrestling career goodbye (not to mention any further aspirations for an MMA career).
