"I was gonna end Aces & Eights, but then I got drunk".

On a serious note, it's sad that this keeps happening. What's worse is he never suffers any consequences as far as his career goes, therefore he never learns from it. Poor Kurt.

Kurt Angle is like DMX of wrestling sans crack addiction ofcourse(or is it?).

Nobody is better at their profession, but take them out of their profession be it a ring or a stage and the rails just come off.

Also, In my OPINION (I have to capitalize that phrase because I don't want to be attacked for people taking offense to anything) I think everyone who is of drinking age has either been in a car with a driver under the influence or knows people who have done it or have done it themselves. It kind of just goes with partying, not saying it's a positive thing, but let's not pretend it isn't there.

What is this the fifth(?) time that Angle has been arrested whilst working for TNA including one arrest when he was World champion. How many chances does one guy get? If TNA had any leadership he would be sacked but we all know that that won't happen. The guy has some serious mental issues and lives up to the name Krazy Kurt.

Is WWE paying for this stint in rehab?

Think this is Kurt's fourth arrest for DWI, probably a guy who is convinced he drives better with a few in him, I know some people like that.

Doubt WWE pays his bills, he has another company to pay them, they have balls and will tell him to "fuck off" once again, unlike TNA, they know to leave this guy before he leaves a smoking crater in your company. But he is very talented at what he does, how many music promoters look the other way for a drug addled musician?

WWE does pay the rehab for any former WWE wrestler so if he wanted he could probably get it through them.

He is talented but this shows a terrible lack of leadership that they are allowing someone like Angle to be arrested year after year yet he escapes without punishment, just like when Jeff turned up drugged to his eyeballs for a PPV and they let him go on and didn't fire him. They need to take a stand and show that they can't be walked over by these wrestlers and that they are the ones in charge. Yes it will be hard for them to let go of a guy like Angle but surely enough is enough. The guy needs a wake up call rather than thinking he can do no wrong.

TNA is run like a country club, not like a business. Jeff Jarrett taking over Bruce Pritchards role isn't going to help that, would leave TNA in a lawsuit if Jeff fired Kurt, could say he was fired because "he stole my wife" or something stupid.

WWE gave him his wakeup call in 07, TNA has been enabling him ever since.

It is a shame because it is hurting TNA, they need someone in charge that will make hard decisions, would have been good in Mama Carter started doing that. It should come down to Dixie but she is a bit of a mark and won't fire someone with Angle's name value.

The sad thing was that TNA hired Angle almost immediately after WWE released him so he was never out of the pro wrestling world. It was a good business move then but irresponsible at the same time.

Not that hard to read in the top right corner. It's a ad for a DWI attorney
