Background: A veteran wrestler for more than a decade, Krash has traveled the globe via dozens of promotions, creating allies, finding enemies, and winning gold all the while. Trained in VCAA under the questionably-professional teachings of Murphy Dreyer, Krash didn’t seem to have that bright of a future, being used as more of a punching bag for Murphy’s more prized students to hone their skills on. His big break came primarily by accident - a more national-sized company named OWW: Takedown was having a battle royal to showcase talents across the globe, and after Murphy tricked them into thinking his own company was ‘the biggest in Australia’ when it was barely more than a developmental without a parent company, he arranged for his best student to take part of it.

Except his ‘best student’ tore his Achilles tendon shortly before the show, forcing Murphy to find a replacement. Krash was the first person he saw, so he threw a plane ticket at him and told him not to disappoint. From there, his career took off - following success in Takedown, to CGS, CAW, APW, CWA, and finally FWA, with countless championships, treasured allies… And more than a few enemies.

Previous Personality: A polite, dramatic thespian with a habit of talking a little bit too much, Krash tended to hold a dry optimistic worldview, often attempting to avoid conflict and opt for a pragmatic solution. As the saying goes, ‘you catch more flies with honey than vinegar’, with many an opponent letting their guard down by his affable, pleasant demeanor.

And yet, as one vagabond once alluded to, that silver tongue of his is surrounded by sharp teeth. And as a former mentor once said, he’s burnt so many bridges he should be choking on the smoke. There is a reason he’s won countless titles and accolades throughout his career, after all. While there is no doubt that the treasure of genuine companionship is something Krash is dearly fond of, with a reputation for being endearingly friendly, others hint that a conniving, backstabbing scoundrel lies somewhere beneath the surface.

The truth is likely somewhere in between.

Current Personality: Following the Jeremy Best incident, Krash has grown withdrawn, reserved, an empty shell of the man he once was. Up until very recently, he was emotionally numb, unable to feel much of anything from an emotional standpoint, be it the companionship of a treasured friend, or the rush of fighting within the squared circle. He was, and in a way still is, a hollowed husk of himself. The connections were severed, and while he’s still trying to keep up the appearance of the affable, good-natured man he was before the incident, it’s increasingly apparent to those who listen that something is missing, something he’s trying to force into existence through will and effort, and failing to do so.

Burying Jeremy alive was only the first step in the long, long process to becoming himself again. It will take time, and effort, to be who he once was.

Previous Gimmick: High-flying veteran showman. Talkative gentleman, or someone passing as it.

Current Gimmick: PTSD-induced trauma. Frequent spells of dissociation. Reserved. Withdrawn. Aware that he is not the person he once was, aware that he is currently missing his emotional state and his ability to feel things, and will do anything to recover them and be himself again.

Wrestling Style: Showman high flyer. Excels at crowd control and bringing a crowd to life. Favors a strong speed and defense base, utilizing his agility to stay ahead of the game. Or, to use the H.A.T.S ™ wrestling-based stat styling system…

Hardcore - Third strongest trait. Has experience digging deep to inflict and withstand pain with weaponry attached..
Aerial - Strongest trait. Poise and balance is second to none, graceful like a swan. A step behind what he used to be.
Technician - Weakest trait and aware of it. Will try to avoid going hold-to-hold and fall into that gameplay of matwork.

Name: Violet Dreyer
Nickname: ‘That Dastardly Dreyer’
Age: 25
Height: 5’8
Weight: 141 pounds
From: Sydney, Australia
Alignment: Er, about that - this started as a heel, in the kinda-sympathetic-but-still-pathetic way where she’s kind of a jerk and a clear-cut villain but she loses so much and occasionally isn’t a complete dirtbag so you kinda want to see her win just once, and now she’s kind of a face without changing anything. I don’t know. Look, this started as a subversion to everyone making THE BEST COOLEST WRESTLERS and it’s sort of gotten away into something else. Blame society. Face, I guess.
Status: Active talent

fnQMjlH.jpg

Background: Trained by her father, a former wrestler himself by the name of Murphy Dreyer, Violet Dreyer is the latest in the long, long line of the Dreyer lineage. Havn’t heard of them? There’s a reason for that. Imagine the Guerrero Family Legacy, a family full of liars and cheaters. Now imagine them having completely failed to win a single wrestling accomplishment, and you’ve got the Dreyer Family Dynasty. Six generations of losers and miscreants who are just about psychologically unable to wrestle a single match without cheating like an absolute turd. Violet is hoping to overcome the supposed ‘Dreyer Family Curse’ by employing the tactics made famous by her family - namely, cheating like Dick Dastardly as much as possible. Which, much like Dick Dastardly, typically backfires in some form or fashion. There’s a theory that the supposed ‘Curse’ is a curse of the family’s own making, and if they just cut the bullshit and actually fought without plotting out ruses, setting up traps, or getting into long-winded arguments with the referee, the spectators, the commentary team, or just their opponent, then they would’ve won a title by this point. But that would mean the Dreyers would have to take responsibility and be held accountable for their own actions and we can’t have that, so the theory is ignored time and time again.

Gimmick: Ineffectual would-be villain who loses so often that it comes back around to being kind of sympathetic in a still pathetic kind of way. Constantly waiting to get signed by a big company, as ‘The Best Unsigned Talent In Wrestling’ - her words, not ours - and so far has only been brought in on a pay-per-basis showing. Any day now, right?

Personality: Vulgar, brash, prone to delusions of grandeur. Boastful, impatient, demanding, unable to handle fault or criticism. Desperate for approval. Occasionally self-aware and reflecting, unable to change. Rare moments of tenderness. Somehow endearing. Likes to banter. Honestly just picture Team Rocket rolled into one being with the vocabulary of a sailor and the fashion sense of a punk lout and you’re good.

ttP1JJb.jpg

Wrestling Style: Flashy brawler. Not really anything special, but will certainly act like it. Average flyer. Sub-par technician. To use the H.A.T.S ™ wrestling-based stat styling system…

Hardcore - Second strongest trait. At home, creative with her own personal weapon of choice - Crowbar.
Aerial - Third strongest trait. Whilst Krash’s aerial skills are graceful, swan-like, Violet’s can be generously described as a flying squirrel, rendered blind and throwing itself headfirst into a tree in some vain hope of landing on a branch. Effective, distinctly less polished.
Technician - Weakest trait. Has very little patience for the matwork game.
Striker - Strongest trait. A scrappy brawler through and through.

Moveset:
Strikes:

~ Headbutt
~ Chops
~ Forearm Smash
~ Running Face Wash
~ Enziguri

~ Vertical Suplex
~ Northern Lights Suplex
~ Dragon Suplex
~ Slingshot Suplex
Grapples:
~ Jawbreaker

~ Back Body Drop
~ Arm Drag
~ Neckbreaker
~ Snapmare

~ Stomps
~ Leg Drop
Submissions:
~ Hangman’s Sleeper
~ Dragon Sleeper
~ Straightjacket
Aerials:
~ Diving Crossbody
~ Suicide Dive
~ Diving Double-Foot Stomp
Signatures:
~ Dreyer Knot - Shoulder Nerve Grip, passed down from generation to generation from the originator, Big Jim Dreyer. It sucks and no-one only one person has ever tapped out to it.
~ Molotov Cocktail - Springboard Tornado DDT
~ Rooftop Riot - Senton Bomb
~ Mohawk Missile - Running Bulldog into turnbuckle. Usually precedes Rooftop Riot.
~ Sydney Hangover - Low Dropkick to Hanging Opponent
~ Poisonrana

There we go. I'll probably do some sneaky updates and adjustments, change or add some signature names (stares at Krash moveset) or add additional information here and there, but boom. Now I don't have to find the old google doc for Violet's info whenever she lucks her way into a match.
