Anyone can make a singles tourney like V1 did. I made a tag tourney which is truly original and marks the first tag tourney in IWF history.

V1 may have done a better job organizing it but still, it was actually trav40 who came up with the idea ripping the general idea off lethal weapon's royal rumble.
