In an update on the Playboy and TNA story, the word going around the iMPACT tapings this past week was that one of the main reasons Traci Brooks is being brought back in a main role is because of the shoot with Playboy that she recently did.

There was also some talk that Christy Hemme and SoCal Val may have done some sort of shoot with the magazine but that's not confirmed.

TNA Knockout SoCal Val was telling people at the Comic-Con in San Diego yesterday that TNA had signed a deal with Playboy magazine. The rumor had been going around for TNA recently and now it looks to be confirmed.

On a related note, Jeremy Borash teased on his Twitter that a TNA Knockout had recently posed for Playboy. Sources say that the Knockout who just wrapped a shoot is none other than new Main Event Mafia member Traci Brooks

Playboy hasn't really changed though. They haven't really changed what they do, to be less edgy. They do pretty much the same types of shoots, and run the same type of business now as they always have. It's always been shot intended to be 'classy', the only difference is that now hardcore porn and stuff has become more popular and more people watch/view it. So it's not like Playboy used to be hardcore, and has nmow toned it down. It's the same. Other more explicit stuff has just come along and been edgier.
I dont have a problem with Playboy. I dont see what all the bashing is for. I dont always want to see something overly explicit, or hardcore. Sure, sometimes, but I have no problem with something like Playboy that shows photos that are naked without being hardcore.

Honestly, how many Knockouts would look good naked? I can't think of many. Velvet Sky's one...and Christy Hemme's the other. The rest seem either too plastic or just plain nasty looking. But, it's TNA's way of getting some 'exposure' to an otherwise piss poor wrestling company. Maybe Traci Brooks being naked can bring them up to about 10,000 PPV buys.
