^they did. They advertised Stacker 2

But they need to keep doing it

Even WWE still advertises with the RAW Rebound, WWE Rewinds, etc

I've got a friend who lived on the same block as Mick, the guy doesn't spend a dime. He's saved 90% of his money from wrestling so I'm sure he's probably got a pretty nice nest egg he's sitting on.
Lol, nice to know he's telling the truth in his promos, like the one a couple weeks ago.

Also, if this is news is true, that is VERY sad. =/

Yeah... how you see him dress on TV, that's him. He drives little piece of shit cars and lives in a pretty modest house. (I'm not sure if he still lives there... my friend has since moved as well.)

I knew the money was bad but that is shocking. I heard Gail Kim left because she felt she wasn't getting paid enough and she was right.

The problem is that right now probably 70% of their funds is going to revamping the product and making changes instead of paying the actual roster. So I'm sure most of these guys are sticking around hoping for a heavier pay check in the near future.
But as said, this isn't WWE...just because you've got a contract doesn't mean you make X amount per year. A lot these guys in TNA are paid on per appearance deals.
WWE does the opposite... they give you X amount per year and whatever shows and appearances you miss are deducted from your salary. And PPV's of course hold bonuses. LOL...see Orton's 500,000 Mania paycheck.

That's why alot of them quit too. Jerry Lynn came to a very nice Texas Indy I used to frequent and did a shoot on TNA... calling them "dead beats" and "smoke and mirrors" and that the "boys go looking for a stepping stone to Stamford". If your aren't on the Spike payroll you aren't making much. Danielson makes more on the indies than AJ does, Punk left for Indy riches too, Aires a combination of pay and creative. The fact that they deny their workers the indy bookings is bullshit. Just a piss poor managed company.

Yeah, WWE is also the massive exception to just about every wrestling rule as far as the way the company is run... which is part of the reason it runs so much more fluidly and has had so much more success. WWE and WCW are pretty much the only wrestling promotions to ever have the financial resources to pay their roster on per-year deals and not per appearance.
There's a reason why the majority of the TNA roster is kept off TV a lot of the time. And make no mistake...they're all in attendance back stage, but if you're not setting foot in the ring, you're not getting paid. (I've had the chance to hang out with a few people from the TNA roster quite a few times...so this isn't an assumption..it's straight from their mouth)
Guys like Sting, Angle and Foley come from "up north" and simply wouldn't settle on a per appearance deal, they're far too smart for something like that.

^^ Well back in the territory days, promoters certainly had enough money for contracts, but paid on what the worker's drew, if you were on the undercard, you were dicked even worse than the top draw who put thousands upon thousands of dollars but only received a small percentage, unless you were NWA champ and got your guaranteed 10%. But then workers made more money and kept their gimmicks fresh moving from territory to territory. What helped kill the territory system so fast was the revolutionary idea of contracting workers like Vince did and keeping them under your banner. And finally under carders got a fair shake, and main eventers got fatter pay days with the merchandising and whatnot, and it went hand and hand with the way Vince conducted business. TNA, in essence is a territory more than a national promotion. They run 90% of their shows out of one arena in one town. They pay per appearance because they don't make much money to pay contracts, but it goes hand in hand with their business model.
