This looks pretty good, usually M. Night movies can be hit or miss for me but I’m interested in this.

Batista being in it is a plus too.

Yeah I feel like M. Night has being having a resurgence of sorts since Split, although I didn't think Glass was quite as good but still enjoyable. Judging by the trailer, this seems like a movie that could be one of his hits. I hope so!

Plot is very intriguing as well, definitely going to be his signature twist and turns here.

What's the twist? This a simulation from the company from that Old movie?

M. Knight finally read Genesis 22 where God told Abraham to sacrifice his son?

Have loved most of M. Night's work since The Visit (barring Old), so definitely in for this. And big shout out to Batista, hell of a filmography for him already.

Agreed I was really upset how Glass ended. I was so hype for Glass after Split and they threw it in the Toilet with that Ending I thought but it had it's moments for sure. I recently watched the Old Film and that was terrifying as hell seeing how quickly time went as everyone was on that Beach then you find out who did all of that boy it has be interested in going into that further I feel. As for this Film Batista and Ronald Weasley are knocking on the Door surely you trust them right hehe. I don't know where this might take us as an audience but it's going to be a intense ride for sure.

I think M Knight made and then quickly killed his own cinematic universe as his own way of making subliminals with all the studios that were trying to do Marvel at the time.

Maybe I'm giving him too much credit but that would be the real twist ending lol.

I'm in, the good outnumber the bad for me with M. Knight and this looks edge-of-your-seat-type stuff.

I'm hooked......hopefully Shyamalan doesn't fuck it up with a goofy twist.

Yup I could see either Father dying or Batista's Character dying because someone needs to be sacrificed it doesn't mean only the family. Also my God would Shy be willing to kill the little girl or have her see one of her Parents off themselves. I'm also like where did they get that Video of that huge Tidal Wave?

I highly recommend reading the book this movie is based on because if it follows the book directly or close than the ending will make people mad.

So this dropped digitally today so it's showing up online. Really enjoyed this. M. Night doesn't always hit home runs with his movies but his filming style I think is always great, he usually always delivers for me in that area. Even 'Old' which I thought was a let down, I still enjoyed the visuals a lot. Once again he nails it here, very atmospheric from the start. I thought Bautista was great as the group leader, he felt natural & plays his part well. Appreciated that they didn't feel the need to overcomplicate the story, instead just pacing it well. Very tense movie, a lot of stressful moments. It did a good job hooking me and keeping my attention. I thought all the main cast were fantastic, the variety of characters was really good. This was about on the level of Split for me in terms of my own personal enjoyment and I like movies centered around the world ending, so that took it up another notch for me too.

Didn't love it, didn't hate it, it was very predictable. I think Shyamalan is still a solid director but he doesn't know how to end his movies with a bang anymore. Old had the same problem, although it was a lot better than this overall. Same with Glass.
Bautista was the best thing in the movie, great performance.
