I don't particularly think Tweet is that much more towny, but at this stage of the scum will be looking to kill people to set it up for the win. This makes it more likely they killed Big Man because he was the largest threat and not because of Wifom. And Big Man's main target was Smark.

Magic confirming Smark visited Jeff throws a wrench into all this, but he's right. It doesn't confirm him.
