Because there's seriously dumb host spec going on and I needed to know if he fucked me over doing it differently for me and he said no, he does it both ways in general. I'm allowed to paraphrase him as long as I don't quote and screenshot his exact message.

1x Strongman - If performing the factional kill, can apply the Strongman modifier which bypasses any protective or redirective effects placed on the target. Please note, this ability can still be blocked at source.
