If we had a guarantee that scum would kill the Kingmaker every single time they claimed, the Kingmaker should claim ASAP every single time.

Since we do not have that guarantee - in fact we have something of an anti-guarantee now that we've established how bad a move it is to continually kill the Kingmakers - the Kingmaker shouldn't claim.

Craig and I had a bit of a back and forth on this. I disagreed that KM should claim.
