Khali a cop?

-- The Great Khali, who is currently in India, has been promoted from assistant sub inspector to sub inspector by the Punjab police force. Ranjan Gupta told the Associated Press, "He has brought the force international fame and has made us all very proud with his many achievements as a wrestler." He also added, "It was the Punjab Polce that first nurtured and promoted The Great Khali as a bodybuilder and a wrestler." At the moment, it is not known if Khali's promotion will lead to to a raise in salary from the current 15,000 rupees (US$375; €243) a month.


So is he a cop or what?

I think he was working in the police force before he started his wrestling career and so it's not going to be bad if he turns into a cop once again in India.

Imagine him doing his classic chop on a criminal.
