I think it looks good, I think that crest you have in the background could pop out a little bit more, so people who don't know who he is can get a better understanding.

Not too shabby, it stands out and all. Can't see many faults here at all except the render should stand out a bit more.

Really good piece!
The background work is awesome, and it flows perfectly with the render. I think the render is fine as is personally, Text is a bit bland, and it's missing a 'wow' factor.
