- Mr. Kennedy isn't expected to get much of a push despite his move back to SmackDown, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The feeling is that he'll continue to tread water and pretty much stay in the same position he's been treading on RAW during the past year.

- Paul Heyman raved about Edge in his latest UK Sun blog. "(Edge's) charisma alone could carry an entire show—and, bluntly, he's had Smackdown on his shoulders for longer than most people realize—but (Adam) Copeland's portrayal of the scheming, manipulative, opportunistic Edge is played in such a way that you simply want to see him get beat or perhaps more importantly, beat up. "His heat is so grand, you don't just want to see him get beat up, you need to see it. You have to see it. You crave that moment. You'll even pay for it." To read the full blog, visit the UK Sun.

Bullshit. If this was true, Id be pissed, but its not. Its only been a week since his move to SD, Im sure Dave Meltzer didnt go and talk to Michael Hayes, and get told if he was going to push Kennedy or not. Sometimes I wonder where these guys come upw ith this stuff. Meltzer is usually good at reports, but this report is bullshit, and I have a feeling its not true. kenendy will get a push soon:)

The Kennedy news sucks, I was looking forward to seeing him in the Title picture over on Smackdown! Heyman is right about Edge though, the guy can generate lots of heat and he is golden on the mic. He is an all around great worker

News about Kennedy sucks. I hope it's false and they do push him, atleast for the United States Championship.

^Its just a rumor. Just some guys saying he wont be pushed, that doesnt mean he wont. its just that guys opinions, But in reality, he'lls till probably be pushed. And Roxi, kennedy and HHH were on raw at the same time, and Kennedy wasnt held back, so you cant say that.

Well Kennedy has a major bone to pick with Edge, so it's only right that the two feud. Edge is a main event guy, so feuding with him is a major Kennedy push. So for Kennedy not to be pushed much and remain where he is, it either means that Edge is gonna sink in the cards real soon real fast, or Edge will be busy with somebody else. I don't see Undertaker coming back tomorrow, Batista and Kane are on RAW, so at this point that really leaves only Triple H over the title. I could see potential in Jeff Hardy or MVP, but they don't have the MitB story that's been sitting there for a year.

We already knew Meltzer was full of bs. TBH anything he reports you can go against, and you will more than often be right.

And if doing that counters as bonering over Edge, then I boner over Edge too :p

Just an idea but why not use a non-title fued with Edge to build Kennedy up a bit more and do the same to MVP into the bargain....

i.e. Save HHH v Edge for one of the big PPVs. Have MVP attack HHH, saying he's sick of waiting for opportunity to knock and that he's going after 'the champ'... MVP needs to get nasty... Choking with his medalion etc.; setting up HHH v MVP for his first PPV defence as an SD wrestler (HHH to retain but still give MVP a good showing). Meanwhile dredge up all the badblood with Edge & Kennedy, have Kennedy mocking Edge's loss to Punk, saying how it's poetic justice given the MITB history and have them face off (I'd say Edge's character could even afford to lose in this, and in turn legitimise Ken as a challenger next time Edge holds the WHC, only for Edge to cheat to retain and get peeps behind Ken even more).

Ken's great but he need's building a bit more still IMO, certainly before he starts having world title matches at big PPVs.

I don't see Jeff having much to do until we get a heel champ...

Hello Mr. Kennedy welcome to Shelton/MVP/Carlito land...Screwed into the mid-card by Triple H...

MVP is being screwed by HHH????? Until last week they were never even on the same brand. On top of the fact that as young as MVP is his ME time is yet to come. That's just a completely idiotic statement. Also we've been over the reason that Shelton and Carlito are yet to be pushed like 13190283 times so I don't think there's any need to go into that.

I don't expect Kennedy to get tossed into the ME right away because he's probably not ready either and when his time does come I want him to succeed and stay there. He wasn't tossed into the ME on Raw so didn't expect it to happen on SD!. His time will come, I'll be interested as to whether he stays face or goes heel tbh. I expect him to stay where he's at for maybe a month then possibly get into a SummerSlam feud of some sort, that'd be nice anyway.

Edit: I forgot to mention this and no one seems to be talking about it, but I read that Heyman article and it was actually quite good. I'd reccommend checking it out, it was very good.
