Kennedy won't get a major push prior to his return; the guy has done enough to prevent his push but if the WWE really decides to take the big risk and go for the ME status for Kennedy which I highly doubt, then I think there will be a nice long HHH/Kennedy Feud, just like HHH has had with other youngsters in the past (Hardy, Orton, Batista etc.)

Hopefully this rivalry brings in something and builds up Kennedy as being the top heel for RAW. I would also like to see him win the Intercontinental Championship :yeahright:

A Battle Royal or something would work perfectly instead of having a match with Jericho who is slowly turning heel because of the Batista and Shawn Michaels feud. So let's just wait and watch what happens and how WWE uses Kennedy prior to his return.

why was Kennedy out for so long? during the MITB Shelton had the worst injuries out of all them so if that is the reason pfft.. but yeah i think when Kennedy does come back they are going to push him to do something amazing or hes just guna be there but not very active.

^Kennedy is currently filming a movie so that's why he hasn't been around for a little while.

You won't be laughing when Kennedy comes back and Cena absolutely destroys him.

Cena will bury Kennedy so bad, you won't even recognize him.

Also, you better hope they don't thrust Kennedy into the main event with HHH and Orton because it won't be pretty for your guy. Orton is in the midst of a career defining push and HHH is slowly being built up to take the title off Orton. There's no way Kennedy beats those guys. They would both squash Kennedy back to Smackdown.

lol, I agree that Orton would squash him, but I think HHH will be the one to fully boost his career to the top! As for Cena, I hope he stays away from the title for as long as he can until I like him again(in a non gay way).

Well I would way rather see MVP get the main event push first, because: a) he hasn't been suspended. b) MVP is more talented in the ring.

Should Kennedy be on the receiving end of a main event push, I would feud him with either Jericho, CM Punk, or possibly Big Show. A slow push is also an option.

Jericho would have to stay face for the feud, which at this stage seems highly unlikely, but the two could have an awesome feud if WWE invested some time into it. My concern is that this Jericho vs Michaels vs Batista feud should not end at Backlash, so that leaves Kennedy nothing for the time being.

A CM Punk feud could also be great, but with Punk holding MITB I don't see it happening unfortunately. I can't see Punk losing right now, as he seems to be on his very own Jeff Hardy push at this stage, and I see WWE building him right up.

Big Show would be my preferred option. Have Big Show kill Khali at Backlash, then let Kennedy enter a feud with Show. Match quality wouldn't be great, but having Kennedy go over after Big Show has momentum from Khali would be a huge push for Kennedy. It isn't like the brand extension is going to stop it.

The slow push would also be a good option imo. The end result that I would like out of that would be a big build to a victory over HBK at WM. I know they have feuded before, but hey, a WM win over HBK is a huge push.

I definately like the Big Show or slow push options best, and they are really the only two I can see happening.

Would like to see Kennedy finally get the push they've wanted to give him for some time, but:

1. I think MVP should be front of the push-queue.

2. If Kennedy fucks up AGAIN they should job him to fuck and then get rid. It's getting kinda tiresome the likes of Kennedy, Jeff and such fucking up the storylines by getting suspended, thus depriving us, the fans, of what WWE had set as 'Plan A'.

I could not agree more. MVP is better in the ring (And arguably on the mic) than Kennedy is. He hasn't gotten caught with steroids, and other than the slight heart problems, he hasn't bee injury prone.

Who knows. Word going around is that WWE is trying to get a larger african-american fanbase, and its that's true, MVP could be in for a nice push in the upcoming months.

^They seem to want to do everything with MVP the right way. Nice and slow and make sure he's 100% ready before they push him. Quite honestly I'm liking it it that way, I would like to see him stay in the upper-mid card for a couple more months then work him into the ME around the Survivor Series-Royal Rumble area.

MVP > Kennedy. He doesn't cause any problems backstage and they're isn't much of a line-up for the World Title. Kennedy has been suspended twice and there's a much more longer experienced line-up for the title. But it is a time for a change in RAW's title picture. Kennedy's push won't be instantly, IC feud will be first. For some reason, I don't know why I see him holding both (IC & WWE) but it's unlikely. I see Kennedy in the title picture around summertime.

MVP Has feud with Kane, benoit, matt Hardy, mysterio, Y2J... they been about 2.5-3.5 stars Matches.. He also had decent Matches with Batista... Probably MVP dissappointment wrestling with is Probably CM Punk on ecw months ago.. But that ended in DQ so things can change

while

Kennedy has Feuded with Wrestlers in probably WWE Books that are higher than most of them... Undertaker, HBK, Jeff hardy.. His matches with taker in my books were dissappointing due to there great storyline feud.. His matches with HBK are his WWE Career best But There not 4-5 star matches.. His Matches with Hardy was decent, cena were crap...

MVP promos are better than Kennedy overall...

If MVP only on smackdown having good matches on a weekly basis.. can you how he would do if He was in programs with HBK, HHH, Cena, JBL, Orton, Y2J...

I Feel this almost Year reign with MVP was a true test for slowly building up an ultimate Heel. that i think he will get his 1st World Championship one on one Match around Survivor series-Royal rumble Time.... After his feud with Hardy.. I reckon a feud with Batista in the future could put him on Path to the championship... There Matches were good on smackdown and i reckon they could draw on PPV...

So the verdict.. MVp is Better than kennedy... Kennedy has great skills but the lack of ability compared to MVP will pull him back, also those steroids news in the past wouldn't help either, it would make vince hard to depend on him. (he wouldn't want another RVD incident when he was champion)..

MVP > Kennedy.... But if i was raw writers, Put Kennedy Into and program with Y2J (after Backlash).. I-C C'ship Match would be good for him.. Plus Facing y2j will only just improve him...
