I thought the same exact thing when he won the WHC at MitB. I felt that Kane back in 2000 as an unstoppable heel was pretty awesome. I actually liked him much more than Taker at that time, I think that if they can recreate that kind of aura with him the eventual Taker/Kane feud would be 100X better than the last time they feuded and Kane looked like a complete bitch.

I thought the same exact thing when he won the WHC at MitB. I felt that Kane back in 2000 as an unstoppable heel was pretty awesome. I actually liked him much more than Taker at that time, I think that if they can recreate that kind of aura with him the eventual Taker/Kane feud would be 100X better than the last time they feuded and Kane looked like a complete bitch.
To me it's amazing how many times WWE can manage to give Kane momentum only then royally fuck it up. Just 2 years ago Kane had the entire world talking about his "Is he alive or is he dead" storyline. Bets had him against CM Punk for the title or at least against Batista at Summerslam. The entire deal culminated with a series of jobs to Rey Mysterio.
That's only one example. But now, Kane does seem to be on a roll that won't be easily put to sleep. I would seriously mark if he would just come out and practically recut the promo he did in 2000. (He was asked for an explanation of why he turned on Taker and he simply said: I'm a monster)

His knee is fucked, his years of doing the flying clothesline trying everything to warm everyone's hearts caught up to em. He must of done something to somebody cause my god WWE has had this guy since he was young and willing and his attitude hasn't changed much so why the fuck are they only now when the talent pool is dangerously low do they give him his title reign?

Why did he then move on to X pac and begin speaking like a goofball and then eventually get a girlfriend?
Why did he stay in the tag division and dive in the midcard facing the likes of rikishi. His only championship feuds are against unover champions? Why did he get so injury prone whenever he was hot in a championshid feud? Why did Triple H have to completely embarrass Kane with Katie Vic during another championship hunt?

As soon as Kane took off his mask, he was irrelevant to me. I know that probably sounds dumb but I could never get interested in him after he removd his mask. He's a fucking eyesore to look at and his matches bore me. This shit with Mysterio is lame and he's just trying too hard to be like Taker. I know they are storyline brothers but it was stupid, imo, to see him walking out with a casket and trying to talk like Taker.
