Here's a question....

Even though the Nexus are on RAW, is there any chance they would merge the Nexus and Kane revenge storyline? Keep in mind I haven't been able to follow every single week, so I don't know if Kane has "interrogated" the Raw roster yet, but if not, that could be VERY interesting....

Kane wrecks everybody on SD, then sets his vengeful sights on RAW, working his way through the roster before coming to the Nexus.

Anybody else thought of this?

It'd be a great way to kinda "break up/fracture" the Nexus stable, if say Wade Barrett or Otunga or whoever was ready for a singles push.

^They hinted that it could have been someone on the Raw roster, he did hint that it may not have been 1 person, but likely a GROUP... but then kinda just focused his efforts on the SES for a few weeks.

I dislike the idea of tying the two storylines together though. I mean, putting Taker in a coma could put these guys over big time... but I think they should just focus their efforts to the respective brands, and not clusterfuck what Nexus has been preaching about some higher power and fixing the flaws of the business.

Just watched Kane's SD promo. God he owns so much, so glad we actually have a credible champion who knows what the fuck he's doing. I know he's been jobbing for years, but he's proof that carrying yourself the right way, cutting amazing promos, and good booking can instantly make you credible again. I'll probably be just watching SD from now on. Wish at least Jericho was still there though.

Also notice how over Kane is, especially after his promo and even when he fucked Rey. Everyone knows he deserved this shit more than anyone on the roster.

On the promo front, to be fair to a lot of the other guys, even if their delivery is top notch, their promos are generally only as good as the scripts they're given.

...Look no further than Cena.

Kane's character has an edge to it, more-so than Taker even, that is extremely rare in todays WWE.

Taker to retire Kane at Survivor Series IMO.

Am I the only one who thinks that Kane's promo was just average stuff?

I mean come on. It wasn't all that good.

Because you have to remember he's a face. It's so awesome because it's a fucking GOOD face promo, so rare nowadays. Was it far better than a Jericho, Punk, or Miz promo (although on par, possibly)? No. But they're all heels and damn good and consistent at it.

So are they going to sacrifice Kane's title to that mexican midget next month or will Kane keep the belt for more than 30 days?

^^^I'm wondering if Swagger will take Rey out before Summerslam comes around and force HIM vs Kane...

I still think it's ridiculous that Rey had to fight to get his rematch, when Swagger lost his rematch, and then gets rewarded by having another chance to become #1 contender. I don't like Rey and the more Swagger becomes Kurt Angle jr, I dislike him. Which is odd considering Kurt's my favorite wrestler.

^I was wondering the same thing but came to the conclusion that Smackdown just needed a main event for the night.

I see the Rey/Kane match going to a DQ/non-clean finish. Either Taker will make his triumphant return and cost Kane the title or Swagger makes a run in and slaps on an Ankle lock on Rey thus causing a DQ.

Nah, I think they'll actually feed Rey Rey clean to Kane. It seems Rey will keep doing the injured gimmick (gimmick?) until Summerslam, so that will save him some heat in the defeat, and then they'll redo last year by having Taker return

Just watched Kane vs Taker Summerslam 2000 and I had flashbacks to when I saw that feud developed back when I was a child. I remembered Kane was such a badass and such an unstoppable monster. I see that Kane coming back. I just hope it isn't just to feed to Taker. Of course I know he's jobbing to Callaway in the end, but at least make him keep some heat, not like what they did in 2004
