Pretty much what I alluded to earlier as he has been squeaky clean before this so wouldn't make sense for him to be behind bars for this and will just get a slap on the wrist of community service. Not sure why everyone hates the kid so much to the point where y'all rooting for him to get locked up. He makes music for teenage girls so of course men aren't supposed to like it.

He's Canadian, he can go home and get immunity. He's famous, he could get it legit.

Also, shame on the guy who got beat up by Bieber. Put him in prison for impersonating......A man.

OK, he's annoying, and I hate him with a passion, but wanting to him to get assaulted in prison? That's kind of mean....don't you think? All these celebs getting swamped by reporters and the like, while dealing with harsh admonition from people who hate him, he was bound to lose it in some way...he's also young..it has to be tough.

For all we know the photographer could have been an annoying dick, and an asshole. Maybe I'm just being argumentative, but service + fine seems most prudent.
