WWE has a monopoly on the wrestling business ever since the Monday Night Wars ended and when there's a new game in town, it's time for Vince to step up his game. Even long-time WWE marks are complaining about how stale the shows have gotten for the past two years.

This is why I am sad we don't have the "winner" designation anymore.

Vince McMahon is an icon. He has provided all of us with great childhood memories and ever lasting nostalgia from his hard work and sacrifice. WWE has given back to a countless number of less fortunate children that suffer from terminal illness. Vince McMahon is basically the Santa Claus of wrestling. Wrestlemania is Christmas Day in the wrestling world. Thats magic, and thats something AEW or any other wrestling promotion cannot recreate. This goes much deeper than just a surface issue of bad creative writing.

There is really no reason for anyone, not even WWE, to be pissed off about AEW. Competition is the hallmark of capitalism. Anyone who remembers how awesome the Monday Night Wars were should be on their knees thanking the Khans for finally giving WWE it's first legit competitor in 20 years.

Anybody badmouthing AEW for creating a company to compete with another company and give fans more options is basically pissing on the American flag. Period.

It just sickens me when so many old-school marks turn their backs on the spectacular legacy of the AWA and don't appreciate the artistry and beauty of a sixty-minute Iron Man match. I believe The Shield was created by CM Punk...
another guy who left your Holy House of WWE.

I'm sensing a pattern here...

And the Shield was a success...BUT...why not
look at the booking Moxley had to deal with
on his own.

And I doubt Moxley would ever return to the WWE...
simply because he knows how insane Vince is.

Plus he probably doesn't want to ever have to carry
the Plank of Wood again.

Not to mention they first acted as if Deaner was the leader of the group. Having him stand in the middle, do all the talking in the storylines & putting the group over but then kind of pushed him out of that saying Seth was the "architect" and Roman was the "big dawg" and the best one of the bunch. Gave those two guys pretty significant roles but made mox do ridiculous, repetitive crap. When he refused or spoke up they spread it around he had a bad attitude or was lazy.

Seems like the same crap they say about anybody who has a mind of their own. RVD, CM Punk, Bret

I definitely don't see him leaving to go back to WWE. Happiness & perks is a big factor when he's probably making damn near as much as he was in WWE
