Good composition, colouring and text. Stylistically its all there. The renders are kinda offputting though because they don't look like they're cut right. Apart from a couple of little things it looks great overall.

Like I said in your other thread, you definitely need to make bigger stuff. You can't get far with making small banners. As for the piece itself, the cuts have nice purple lighting but look pretty bad. If you didn't cut them yourself, then perhaps try some different ones. If you did, download them from PSD sites, e.g. PSD-Dreams. On small banners like this one, you can't really do much with the text. I like the font choice for the Morrison writing, but I hate the Guru of Greatness text. Doesn't fit in at all. The background would definitely be better if you did something with the Morrison picture; it looks like it's just been pasted on there and set to Lighter Color or something like that. The BG too blurry overall.

For small banners like this, you HAVE to have a border. If not, it drags the quality down IMO. I think the SVGFX writing could look better too, should be smaller at least.

In closing, I will once again encourage you to make bigger banners. That's the only way you can get better.

To build off of what AR said, bigger is better when learning. I'd suggest 450/500 x 200/300. It's the size I used for some of my earlier stuff, and it got me to a respectable GFX point now. And with the SVGFX signature, I'd suggest opening up a small canvas, make text in it, in a unique and neat way, and save it. Then, you can save it as a .png and add it on to the finished gfx and they'll be consistent.

I wouldn't say bigger is always better, but it is recommended for beginners. The size of this Morrison sig is usually recommended for more advanced users, but they can look just as good.

Great job minus the JoMo renders. I think the renders on the left could have been fine with just one.
