As noted, John Laurinaitis returned with his heel authority figure gimmick at the February 21st RAW live event in Doha, Qatar. Laurinaitis was rumored late last year to be making a return but it appears his return in Qatar was just for that tour because Vickie Guerrero wasn't there. Laurinaitis was there working as a road agent and could pull double duty.
