John Cena Wants Rematch With The Rock

- John Cena was interviewed by Steven Muehlhausen of The Fight Club Chicago pro wrestling/MMA radio show at the Chicago Comic-Con last week. Cena was asked about the Rock’s return at The Royal Rumble to face whomever the WWE Champion is.

“I think about Wrestlemania every single day, whether is for the WWE Championship or not,” Cena admitted. “I would like another shot to face The Rock.”

That's how I would do it. If not a victory over Punk to face Barrett at 'Mania, as random as that would be the mic battles would be sublime.

As someone elsewhere said, they could promote the rematch as "Once In A Lifetime... Again!"

Yep, that's pretty much it. Everyone should have seen Cena beating the Rock in a rematch coming ever since Rock won at WM this year and then announced he'd be coming back for the WWE Title sometime later.

Knew they were going to try this, but the way they're went about it was dreadful. Why build up to it by having Cena have a half-year title reign? Why waste the Rock on something like this...
