John Cena a Midcarder?

uhh....bleh...I dunno...That really kind've like...doesn't "Click" at all for me...He just seems like a Main Eventer...and stuff...

I mean it Kind've Feels akward Not seeing him with the WWE Championship glued to him like it was for the past several years and such....

its kind've like when Batista Beat Triple H for the WorldHeavyWeight Championship and such...and like...Triple H was basically a Uppermidcarder for the rest of 05 and shit...ya know...like it just feels weird with out him as Champion and such....:paperbag3:

Cena just made an ugly toy belt

Actually John Cena made the WWE more entertaining over the last few years... If you're saying that John Cena doesn't have talent then I'm afraid to say this but that is a totally shitty opinion of yours, the guy is more talented than half of the WWE roster combined! please don't ask how or why, you can clearly see the talent of that man inside the ring and outside the ring on the microphone.

Exactly, Hogan was/is a horrible wrestler and yet he's credited with making wrestling what it is today.

Hogan wasn't a horrible wrestler, go watch his matches in the AWA and New Japan Pro Wrestling when he was being billed as the brother of Ed Lesile (Not sure how it's spelled); I swear no tag team today could put on such a good wrestling match as these guys would. Hogan was an actual wrestler and a perfect sports-entertainer. And he did make wrestling what it is today!

I am sorry, but one thing is to question Cena's wrestling skills, but to say he is not a draw? That's just stupid. Just to show you how big of a draw Cena is, going as the wrestler with less shows into Backlash, he got the more votes in the AT&T poll.

To me, HHH is just holding Cena's belt. John has not win it just because he is shooting the movie, but when shooting is over, I will bet you we will get Cena vs HHH, and John will win it back.

^^ John Cena never even lost the WWE Championship. It was because he was injured that he got stripped of it.

Anyways, I don't think Cena could ever go back to the mid-card again. It's like Undertaker or Triple H going back in to the mid-card, it'll just never happen, or, a very very very slim chance of it happening for John Cena. The fans always give Cena a reaction whether it be boos or cheers from the fans. His mic skills are just awesome, those mic skills belong in the main event, not in the mid-card. And people that say Cena isn't talented, he really is, it's just the way WWE books him. But he really is talented.

^ What are you talking about? C4 is just sharing his opinions on John Cena becoming a mid-card talent, he never said it was going to happen. It was just an idea.

Regardless you like Cena or not, like CenaMark54 said, he is a beast and I have grown to respect his dedication to this sport. John will be the first one to tell you he isn't the greatest wrestler in the world, and anyone with half a brain knows that.. but at least he makes attempts to get better unlike some who are so comfortable with their position they see no reason to try. And for handling such a hectic work load he has stayed healthy for the most part which is another plus.
Yes, he isn't the most talented guy in WWE but neither was Hogan and look at what he became.

^Do NOT compare Cena to Hogan, please. Hogan made Wrestling big, Cena just made an ugly toy belt

Cena is 10x the wrestler Hogan ever was.

Cena is a wrestler that i have always not liked, he was funny in his Rap role back in his prime but now he seems to be to nice to like if you know what i mean. once cena was transfered to raw his opening promo against Christian was classic. his witty comments and funny style was enough for one cheer but wwe did not help with hhh, kurt angle fighting against him. Edge made Cena get some cheers. i say transfer him to Smackdown, edit his matches, get people liking him and put him as there world champion.

I never said that John Cena will become a mid-carder, I was sharing my opinions and getting to know the view of other people on Cena being a mid-card talent in the near future...

Ok well I have to point something out here, John Cena the person and John Cena the character are not the same thing, no doubt he is a workaholic, no doubt he has passion BUT that does not make him a good wrestler, he isn't terrible, he can be carried to a decent to good to even great match I mean I don't remember much from his Rap gimmick days but I found him as a decent wrestler and found him incredible on the mic. The thing is WWE completely destroyed him by 1 changing his gimmick to that marine crap, 2 pushing him too fast and 3 limiting his moveset. You see if he would've kept the semi-rap gimmick he had when he won the US Title he would've been a lot better.
About comparing him to Hulk..don't do that stop bringing up the past, that was a different time, and even Hulk got boo'd out his asshole from time to time because honestly nobody wanted to see him win all the damn time.
To the guy who said he has more talent than the half the roster combined you need to lay off the crack pipe, yes the guy is decent but trust there are a lot more talented guys just they aren't marketable or have no charisma.
Anyways Cena will never be in the mid card, he will be on semi main event much like what HBK does.
Don't blame Cena though blame good ol' Vinnie Mac for making him trash. Look at what TNA has done to Daniels.
