So I read into this story a bit more past the headline once I got home and it still looks stupid af on Jimmy's part, but he did refuse a breathalyzer so there's a chance he wasn't actually drunk...but the cop smelled alcohol and given his track record I'm willing to say the cop is def right here. Either way he was driving like an idiot and got a speeding ticket so that's his best case scenario, fuck em if he was drunk which he most likely was.

Could be a racially motivated stop too.....but idk, sounds like a duck....looks like a duck....
