Jimmy Carter was a good man. Probably the best president outside of their time in office.

As someone who volunteers a bit in Politics I kinda get that it is a beast that brings out the worst in people, but am glad to know people who try their best and at least do what they can to be a good person. Jimmy was a humanitarian first, President second. If there were more people in politics like Carter, the world would be a better place.
